Tracked Access Platforms

Overview

Our Goldlift 14.70 machine has a platform height of up to 12m and a reach height of 14.7 m, the boom extends horizontally up to 7m and with a rotation of up to 300°. The cage can be easily removed and the tracks hydraulically narrowed to give you access through doorways or gate measuring not less than 900mm wide x 2000mm high.  For internal use the machine has an onboard 110volt electric motor, this means the machine can be operated inside buildings with minimum noise and no air pollution.
The narrow access, height and reach capabilities of these machines make it perfect for all types of uses, they are widely used by tree surgeons, as well as having many other narrow access, indoor & outdoor uses (glass & window cleaning, building maintenance etc).

The Goldlift 14.70 can be deployed in seconds with all four hydraulically operated stabilisers able to be raised and lowered quickly and in a space of less than 300 cm. With the cage removed and the tracks narrowed it has a transport width of only 780 mm this enables the Goldlift 14.70 to access extremely narrow worksites.

It also features;

  • Smooth and non jerky hydraulic controls for safety and operator confidence.
  • Self propelled rubber tracks which enable it to traverse wet, undulating or uneven terrain and tackle slopes of up to 18°.
  • Ability to level itself and operate of slopes up to 10°.
  • On the spot swivel via contra-rotation of crawler tracks.
  • One man operation at 14 meters, two man operation at 12 meters.
  • All functions can be controlled from either the basket or from the ground.
  • Powerful 9 hp Hatz diesel engine.
  • A horizontal working range of up to 7meters.
  • Exceptional longitudinal stability and weight balance thanks to the new concept tracks which are longer and stronger than any other equivalent tracked access platform.
  • It is possible to access even the smallest garden gates or building entrances that were until now unreachable with an access platform.
  • A machine weight of only 1,700 kg allows it to be transported with a conventional trailer and non HGV transport vehicle.
  • The Goldlift 14.70’s all terrain abilities are enhanced by hydraulic track widening to 1,080 mm, increasing stability and safety.
